Billing questions
How does the trial work?
You get every feature for 30 days on one premises. At the end you choose a plan or export your records; you are never charged without agreeing to it.
What counts as a premises?
Each location covered by its own dealer licence. Each one keeps its own register and stock number sequence.
Can we cancel?
Yes, at any time, effective at the end of the billing month. You keep access to export your records for 60 days afterwards.
Do you charge for setup or migration?
Setting up is self-serve and free. If you're moving from another system, talk to us about bringing your stock book and customer list across.
